Cat torture device: What not to do

I saw some reference to a cat spa on some page. Have forgotten which one.
So I decided to search on youtube for it. Those who get this cat spa has to find some joy in mistreating cats. Why would anyone put there cat in this hellish contraption. The cat even looks drugged.

That was awful. How can they do that to the cats?
